Aoraki Property Management was formed to provide quality residential property management for both property owners and tenants for rentals in Timaru in in the South Canterbury region.

Many of our competitors are primarily realtors who employ property managers whereas our sole function is to exclusively manage your rental property, and its tenants, to avoid the pitfalls that can befall owners and give peace of mind.
